Outer chamber and Inner chamber made of stainless steel 304G material. The refrigerator has 2 nos. of stainless steel scratch resistant slide out trays with separators to hold blood bags in upright position. The refrigerator whole body mounted on caster wheels provided for easily mobility. The triple pane door is hinged and easy to open with key lock & self-closing magnetic door. The door has three-layer glass window for viewing inside the chamber without disturbing the thermal conditions. The refrigerator body is insulated with help of high-grade foam for prevent the loss of temperature. The door is duly insulated with CFE free for proper sealing from external environment and is lockable.
Cooling is achieved by highly efficient heavy-duty refrigeration system using hermetically sealed standard make AC reciprocating compressor and air-cooled condenser. Our efficient design includes the hot line at the mouth of the refrigerator prevents the loss of temperature and also helps in maintaining peak efficiency even at high ambient conditions. The Temperature is maintained inside the chamber with help of a digital microprocessor-based temperature controller cum indicator. Temperature is constantly maintained at 4°C with temperature uniformity ±1°C.Inbuilt battery back-up for temperature recording , alarm and power failure/fluctuations.
All controls such as digital temperature controller-cum indicator, mains switches, including lights, audio-visual alarm, are easily accessible. The refrigerator includes a voltage stabilizer to ensure a consistent supply of voltage throughout the blood storage cabinet and to prevent voltage fluctuation.
The advanced microprocessor-based temperature recorder and control unit for monitors the chamber temperature in real time to prevent the spoilage of blood and to maintain the set value of temperature. The temperature is selectable between 2° C to 6° C with a accuracy of +0.5°C. The front soft touch keypads permit control settings and access to default settings. Inbuilt temperature chart was recorded and a controller was installed at the front mount eye level for better visibility and monitoring.
