Bacteriological incubator used for the incubation of biological products under controlled conditions. Drying of slides, paraffin embedding, and tissue culture work, incubation of antibody test, excellent for microbiological determinations, crystallization studies and incubation of hydroxy steroids.
Incubators are sturdy, with double walled construction with complete inner chamber is made of stainless steel 304 grade material. Outer chamber is made of CRCA sheet with power coated paint material. Gap between the walls is filled with glass wool insulation for avoid heat losses.Incuabtar has insulated door and fitted with heavy hinges and have double glass window.
Temperature is controlled by microprocess based PID controller with timing function. Incubator temperture range 5ᵒC above ambient to 60ᵒC with accuracy of ±0.5℃. Incubator has temperature uniformity of ±2°C. Temperature control knob is graduated in centigrade degrees after actually observing the temperature in steady state. An L-shaped prismatic glass Thermometer is fitted on top of the Incubator for reading the chamber temperature.
Air ventilators are provided on both sides at top to flue away any gas or fumes.
The Incubator has LED display with safety alarm system. The equipment is provided with a panel having a thermostat control knob, ON/OFF switch and two pilot lamps. Incubator has auto power break off protection system.
Supplied with cord and plug & designed to operate on 220-240V ,50Hz with single phase AC supply. (Model with 110V supply is also available).
