High pressure, electrically heated flash sterilizer is designed to meet the requirements of CSSD, OT, Emergency sterilization, etc. The ergonomically designed for autoclaving and drying facility automatically, instrument for dental treatment. The autoclave chamber has pre heating facility and equipped with electrically heated jacket for preheating standby mode. The chamber, shell, lid & other parts are made of high grade SS316 stainless steel with corrosion resist property. Door has double locking safety feature. Micro-bacterial filter is located inside the undermeath to prevent dust from going inside the autoclave.
Made of SS304 grade unibody design structure to bear max. Temperature of 145°C, max. Working pressure 30PSI.
Built in reservoir for store water required for produce steam, and used water separately, for easy decantation. Autoclave consist water circulation system with no drain point and fixed water inlets. Autoclave consist automatic water level sensor.
High efficiency low noise vacuum system to remove air perfectly. Provision of pre vacuum cycles to remove air from the chambers and provision of dry cycle option with selectable time periods.
The Autoclave has inbuilt steam generator for integrated energy storing system for building up power for sterilization load in shot time.
The microprocessor consists of various programs that include wrapped items, unwrapped items, custom program, pre and post sterilization vacuum cycles, rapid program, mechanical, biological and bowie-dick test, vacuum test program, pre-set program, pre-heat program & drying program.
