Ultra Low Temperature Freezers designed specifically for freezing and storage of plasma units. The outer body is made of 1mm corrosion resistant steel material. Inner chamber is made of anti-corrosive and rust-proof material. Freezer has 3 Nos. of anti-corrosive inner compartments each with adjustable height insulated doors and fitted lights with automatic ON/OFF facility on opening and closing of doors. Freezer door hinges and magnetic latches and locking system. Door is fitted with heavy duty handle include door key lock as well as padlock provision for added security and sealed with multiple layers rubber gasket to avoid temperature leakage for sample security. Exterior illumination of freezer ensures for long term viability and enhanced temperature uniformity & stability ±3°C. The Freezer has heavy duty lockable castors wheels. Freezer has 100 mm ground clearance.
The Freezer has vacuum insulation panel for better thermal insulation. Enhanced acoustic insulation helps to reduce compressor sound. The down-feed coil evaporator for efficient refrigerant flow and air-cooled condenser filter to maintain low peak protects samples. Freezer has frost management with adjustable cabinet heater. The Freezer has washable condenser filter indicator which keep fins free of dust to maintain peak cooling efficiency. Freezer has pressure sensitive mechanisms to protect the compressor in long run. The freezer system is Information Center (IC) with adaptive control is designed to detect high and low usage patterns, adjust compressor speeds, and reduce energy without compromising protection
All models use specially designed cascade refrigeration for energy efficiency air cooled system with dual high energy efficiency hermetically sealed compressors energy efficient and air-cooled hermetic compressor with dual condenser fans. Inbuilt suitable voltage stabilizer for maintaining voltage between 190-270V. A highly efficient cascade refrigeration system cycle helps in attaining the required temperature within a short time period. The Freezer has availability of decompression valve facility to lower air pressure inside freezer for easy door opening and allowing user to re-open the door within five minutes.

Freezer has microprocessor controlled with inbuilt digital LED touch temperature display of diagonal size 6″ to 7″ at the front door at eye level for remote monitoring of temperature.The Freezer is able to maintain uniform and stable sample temperature of -80ᵒC (±3ᵒC).The Freezer is able to reach the storage temperature of -80ᵒC from -50ᵒC within 6 to 7 hours .An inbuilt battery backup system for digital display and alarm within 30 minutes.
