Biological Safety Cabinet Class II type A2 is vertical designed with freestanding model stand with castors to protect the lab staff, the environment and sensitive work processes in which biological agents are used. The safety cabinet offers a high level of HEPA filter with 99.995% efficiency for particle sizes at 0.1-0.3micron & an airflow pattern of 70% air recirculation and 30% exhaust.

Working area is made of stainless steel 304 grade material with smooth, seamless corners. The Exterior is made of electrogalvanized steel with epoxy-antimicrobial powder coated finish. All interior and exterior parts painted or smooth to ensure no risk of cuts to users or maintenance personnel.

The Cabinet is equipped with a smart, safe and user-friendly HMI touch-screen control system that protects the operator and provides alerts for periodic maintenance actions and parts’ replacement. The cabinet has safety reasons for the user & the environment and accessories is supplied with each cabinet Foot operated burner, canopy to connect external duct.

In order to preserve safety to the user and the environment, exhaust blowers automate balancing of downflow and inflow/exhaust velocities. In order to ensure consistent and reliable down flow velocity across the supply HEPA filter over the life of the cabinet, the cabinet use a pressure sensor (rather than anemometer) to detect pressure drop across the supply filter, rather than in just one point across the down flow. 

The system also has a programmable “standby” mode that shuts down all unnecessary electricity consumption and sets vital components at the required safety level. The Biosafety cabinet has two DC motors automatically adjust the airflow speed without the use of a damper to ensure continuous safe working conditions even without maintenance adjustments.
