Construction
Robust double walled construction. Outer chamber is made of mild steel with powder coated material and Inner chamber is made of stainless steel (304G) material. It has provision for allowing wide range of shelf positions & spacing. Chamber body gap between the walls is filled with PUF Insulation to avoid thermal loss. Incubator has toughened glass window for viewing samples.
Temperature Control
The temperature of the incubator is controlled by a microprocessor based digital PID temperarure controller with stainless steel sheathed PT100 temperature sensor for precise monitoring & control. The Incubator temperature range from +5°C to 60°C with accuracy of ±0.5°C. Environment friendly CFC free hermetically sealed compressor with protective device works efficiently to cool the chamber. Incubator has air cooled condenser. Forced air circulation for uniform temperature distribution.
All controls and circuitry are housed at the top of the incubator and therefore protected from spillage . Cooling unit placed on heavy duty iron angle frame below the chamber.
BOD Incubator capable of operating continuously in ambient temperature of 10°C to 45°C and relative humidity of 15-95%. Incubator inner chamber is illuminated with fluorescent light with proper on and off mechanism. Incubator fitted with stainless steel vertical channels (CNC Press Punched) for height adjustment of trays/shelves in steps of 25mm. Incubator has Auto power break off. Eye level door mounted controller with flush but embossed button panel for easy setting, access and checkup of operating status.
Designed to operate on 220-240V ,50Hz with single phase AC supply.(Model with 110V supply is also available).
